    Overview

    The Microplane premium zester is a necessity in the kitchen for creating fine wisps of hard cheeses such as parmesan, or effortless citrus zesting of your favourite citrus fruits, adding fresh natural flavours to your favourite dish.

    Microplane zesters feature photo-etched blade technology, ensuring effortless grating for superior results, cutting foods precisely without ripping or shredding. The ergonomic soft grip handle is comfortable to hold while improving overall control of the zester during use. Non-scratch tabs on the end of the zester stop damage to the work surface, whilst creating leverage.

    Includes a reusable protective cover for safe storage and blade protection. Ideal for grating citrus rind of lemons, limes and oranges as well as spices including ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and more.
