430 grade stainless steel fascia, doors, side shelf, and roasting hood with pressed steel end caps for maximum heat retention.
Black powder-coated cabinet trolley for discreet cylinder and accessory storage.

Durable and efficient top ported stainless steel burners can be easily adjusted to deliver high heat or very low temperatures.
Stainless steel emitters improve heat distribution while reducing flare ups.
Lid-mounted temperature gauge.
Rust-resistant, easy-to-clean satin enamel cast iron grills and hotplate, and vitreous enamel warming rack. Additional removable cast iron hotplate for the side burner.
