Table
This rectangular table features a strong sturdy aluminium frame that is finished with a multi-layer milky white powder coating.

The tabletop is FSC eucalyptus hardwood with an oil finish to withstand outdoor conditions. The table can comfortably fit 4-6 people.

ScanCom uses aluminium 6063 employed for boatbuilding and water sensitive shore applications. Aluminium 6063 has very good mechanical properties and is the best choice for outdoor use. ScanCom's in-house extruded aluminium offers maintenance-free convenience and easily fits to beautiful designs. Its principal characteristics are its lightness and its great resistance to weather aggressions.

All our aluminium products are manufactured in our modern metal factories in which they undergo organic pretreatment and further curing processes to leave a chrome-free long-lasting weather protection. Furthermore, in order to provide the very best coating quality and to optimize the protection of its products ScanCom applies Duracoat® a superior ES-powder coating in all its aluminium range.

Maintainance Info For Duragrain - Scancom Eucalyptus Wood with 2 layer treatments

Light Oak finishing: Duragrain®is an industry-leading dual-layer coating for hardwood which provides a unique coloured finish that protects your furniture from the elements while allowing the natural grain of the hardwood to be appreciated.

Duragrain® Care and Maintenance: Duragrain®-coated hardwood requires very little maintenance as the products have been made to be used throughout the year in all types of weather conditions. If the finish becomes dirty greasy or oily ScanCom’s Wood Cleaner is recommended for easy removal.

High-pressure water cleaners should not be used to clean your furniture. We advise that the hardware is tightened at regular intervals. As a guideline we recommend checking every two months and if necessary tightening any loose hardware with moderate force using the Allen key provided with the product. Take care not to overtighten though – medium force is sufficient.

Storage: ScanCom outdoor furniture is designed and manufactured to provide high levels of quality durability and longevity. Our outdoor furniture is manufactured to remain outside all year round although it is recommended that the product is protected from extreme conditions of weather including but not limited to prolonged exposure to water moisture and sub-freezing temperatures or environment. Reasonable precautions must be taken to protect the product from extreme conditions of climate or environment.

It is quite natural for timber to shrink and expand depending on humidity levels. When not in use it is recommended that the product is stored in appropriate conditions.

Do not store this product in centrally heated rooms as this will cause the timber to dry out and possibly shrink and crack. Cool well-ventilated sheds are the most suitable environment.

All outdoor fabrics should be cleaned and allowed to dry before storage. If the furniture is to be covered during storage ensure that only breathable plastic is used as this will prevent condensation forming between the product and cover which in turn will lead to mould.

Maintainance Info For Plastic: Our plastic furniture uses both Polypropylene and fibreglass reinforced Polypropylene that is injected into moulds to create furniture that is hard-wearing with UV resistance. Once injected and formed Polypropylene and fibreglass reinforced Polypropylene is extremely durable creating a long-lasting material for your outdoor furniture.

All Plastics are tested to our high standards for restricted substances and carry no harmful chemicals or additives. All materials used within our plastic furniture have excellent lightfastness.

Environmental Information: All plastics that are used to manufacture our outdoor furniture are fully recyclable. Each piece of plastic can be recycled without producing waste or damaging the environment.

Cleaning: Plastic outdoor furniture requires little or no maintenance. Soap and water is sufficient to clean but should it become dirty greasy or oily we recommend that you use Plastic Cleaner for easy removal.

Storage: A dry and constantly ventilated area like a garage or a carport is an ideal place to put away the furniture during wintertime.

Attention: Special additives help to prevent colours from fading due to UV radiation. However, if the chair is exposed to sunlight for prolonged periods the colour may change slightly over time.
