    This 18cm stainless-steel chef’s pan from KitchenAid features a thick encapsulated stable base for consistent cooking results and optimal induction efficiency. The walls are made from professional quality 18/10 stainless steel and the base has an 18/0 steel protector making it suitable for all hobs including induction. The pan has a matt finish on the interior as well as exterior. Cast hollow stainless steel handles with spot welding.
