This 28cm stainless steel open frypan from KitchenAid features a thick encapsulated stable base for consistent cooking results and optimal induction efficiency. The walls are made from professional quality 18/10 stainless steel and the base has an 18/0 steel protector making it suitable for all hobs including induction. Three-layer PFOA-free Weilburger Greblon C3 non-stick layer for perfect food release and clean-up. Cast hollow stainless steel handles with aluminium coated rivets for additional strength.
