Overview

The Wiltshire Premium Santoku Knife is ideal for precision cutting of vegetables, meat or fish. Alternating hollows on the blade reduces clinging of food. Scabbard sharpens and hones the knife each time it is removed while the easy fitting stand and locking system ensure the knife is securely held in place when not in use.
