    The unique natural DuraCeramic coating cooks food faster with higher scratch resistance and is 4X more durable than non-stick coatings. But a little extra preparation and care when using this frypan will help the coating perform to its best.

     

    Before first use – for superior food release and easy clean up, season your frypan before using the steps in this video – [hyperlink to the seasoning video]. Repeat this process every 4-6 months.

    During use – Allow the frypan to pre-heat on the MED/MAX setting, before adjusting the control probe dial to the desired cooking setting.

    After use – Stubborn stains can be removed by rubbing the ceramic coating with a cream cleanser or a paste of bicarbonate of soda and water using a clean cloth.
