Ingredients:
Baby potato's cut in half or large potatos cut into 2cm pieces
Oil
Salt & Pepper
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Directions:
Preheat your Air Fryer to 200 degrees celcius.
Toss potatoes with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Place potatoes in the basket and cook for 10 minutes.
Shake basket and stir potatoes. Cook potatoes for a further 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Tip: To transform this recipe into loaded fries, chop potatoes into fries in step one. Once cooked, sprinkle grated parmesan, chopped bacon bits & chives to taste. Serve with Sour Cream.
Ingredients:
10 medium-small Chicken Wings (or more but increase other measurements)
1 tsp Garlic Powders
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Paprika
3 tbsp Cornstarch
Directions:
Preheat Air Fryer to 200 degrees celcius.
With a paper towel, pat chicken wings completely dry.
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients. Toss wings in the mixture until completely coated.
Air Fry half the wings for 10 minutes. Flip all wings over and Air Fry for another 8 minutes. Repeat with the second batch.
Serve with
Top Tip: To guarantee crispiness and colour, do not double stack the wings or overcrowd the fry pot. Do multiple batches if required.
Ingredients:
2 Zucchini's (grated)
1 cup of corn kernels
1 cooked and cooled medium potato (grated)
2 tbsp chickpea or regular flour
2-3 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 tsp olive oil
Directions:
Preheat Air Fryer to 200 degrees celcius.
Combine grated zucchini and salt in a mixing bowl and leave for 10 minutes. Then, squeeze excess water from the zucchini using a clean tea towel or cheescloth.
Add grated potato to zucchini mixture in the bowl, followed by the remaining ingredients.
Roughly take 2 tbsp of the mixture and shape it into a patty and place on a plate. Lightly brush oil on the surface of each fritter.
Place fritters on the preheated air fryer mesh making sure they do not touch eachother (do this step in batches if required). Cook for 6 minutes. Then flip all fritters and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Fritters should have golden edges.
Serve warm with a yogurt tahini dressing and sweet chilli sauce!
