BRISCOES CHRISTMAS HOTLINE - FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Entries are open from Tuesday 03 December until 23:59 on Monday 09 December 2024.

By entering this competition, you, as “the Participant” hereby accept and agree to the following terms and conditions which will govern the competition.

Furthermore, the Participant verifies that he/she is unaware of any reason legally prohibiting the Participant from entering this competition and if the competition requires the submission of photographs, artwork, or images of people, or of anything else that requires consent, that the Participant has the necessary consent and authority to do so if required.

Any Participant who does not abide by these rules may be disqualified from the competition at any time. These rules can only be modified by the Promoter in a written revision to these rules or any other potential official competition communication methods reasonably calculated to reach a majority of potential Participants.

This competition is only open to NZ residents aged 18+. The winners will be required to verify this.

Participation

The Promoters of this competition are Briscoes. No person who is a director, employee, tenant, tenant staff member, agent of, or consultant to the Promoters, or who is a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner, or associate to a director, employee, tenant, tenant staff member or agent of or consultant to the Promoters or the sponsor is eligible to participate in this competition.

This competition will run from Tuesday 03 December until 23:59 on Monday 09 December 2024. The winners will be contacted via phone call within two working days from the date of the announcement.

By calling The Briscoes Lady Christmas Hotline you automatically grant Briscoes access to utilise your voicemail in any social, digital or media content. Please note your voicemail may be used for social and digital content. 

Entries

Only entries received via the 0800 SANTA hotline will be accepted. 

Entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59 on Monday 09 December 2024. No late entries will be accepted. By calling the hotline you’re giving consent to your voice being used for Briscoe's media and social media content. The surprise home visit will take place on Wednesday, 11 December 2024.  

Prizes

5x FaceTimes + $500 Briscoes Voucher

The prizes include winning one of five facetimes from The Briscoes Lady to help you with gifting ideas this Christmas. Winners who receive a FaceTime from The Briscoes Lady will also receive a $500 Briscoes gift card. 

FaceTimes will take place on Wednesday 11 December 2024. Briscoes will aim to pick a time between 9am-2pm that suits the winner however if the winner is unable to speak to The Briscoes Lady during this time they will be required to forfeit the FaceTime portion of their prize and will not receive a FaceTime. The prize cannot be exchanged for monetary value. 

1x Home Delivery 

This prize includes a home delivery from The Briscoes Lady who will arrive at the winners hours to deliver a present of her choosing based on their voicemail. 

The home delivery will take place between 9am-2pm on Wednesday 11 December. If the chosen winner of the prize is unable to receive the home delivery during this time period, they will automatically need to forfeit their prize and a second winner will be drawn immediately. 

Draw

The winners will be drawn on 10th December 2024. If a winner cannot be contacted within 36 hours of the announcement or chooses to decline the prize, then another winner will be drawn. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and is not redeemable for cash.
